I had Scott from Big Screen Cuisine cater a birthday party in October for one of my daughters. Everybody at the party couldn't talk stop talking about how good the food was and it really was the centerpiece of what I consider one of the best birthday parties my daughter has ever had.Right from the beginning Scott was so helpful in choosing a menu and figuring out exactly how to handle everything. His staff showed up early, they were prepared and a pleasure to deal with.
The last thing you want is to worry about the food on your big day. “BSC” made sure that we did all the thinking before so we didn’t have to the day of. We are so grateful to have had such thoughtful and welcoming service. It is a rare thing to have a company see a customer’s vision and make it come to life. Not only was the food beautifully organized and displayed but we still get compliments about how delicious it was 4 years later.
We had stations for the adults and kids. It was FABULOUS! The compliments flowed freely during the reception and the presentation and execution by Scott's team was impeccable. We had absolutely ZERO issues during the entire planning process, as we placed our full trust/confidence that Scott and his team would deliver a delicious and seamless experience. which they did.

We hired BSC Events & Catering for our annual holiday party and were extremely pleased with the results! Scott, the owner, was very easy to work with and thoroughly explained all the options and services that were available. He quickly provided an excellent menu and thought of absolutely every detail for our special event.
The food was beyond delicious and everyone especially loved the mushroom ravioli. The serving staff and bartender were friendly and super conscientious throughout the evening. We are excited to work with BSC Events & Catering again!
